On February 2nd, 2024, the Pithoragarh Group of Institutions (PGI) welcomed a distinguished guest: Mrs. Vibha Yadav, Civil Judge Senior Division and Secretary DLSA, Pithoragarh. Her presence graced an interactive session aimed at educating and empowering students and faculty, particularly women, on the critical issues of sexual harassment and cyber crimes.

Judge Yadav shed light on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, also known as the POSH Act. This act serves as a vital tool for addressing workplace sexual harassment faced by women.
