With a daily production of 6000 liters of milk from 230 societies and sales of 6400 liters of dairy products, Aanchal Dairy is a key player in the Pithoragarh district. We also got a glimpse of the laboratory testing process for milk samples, including the analysis of fat, protein, and melamine levels.
