📌 Additional Scholarship Guidelines

• Scholarship Stacking Rule: The 5% additional scholarships for girl candidates, defense quota, physically handicapped, fatherless students, or sports quota cannot be combined with attendance-based scholarships.

• Applicable Only on Full Payment: These additional scholarships are valid only if the full year’s fee is paid in one installment.

• Renewal Clause: Merit-based scholarships continue only if the student retains the same score bracket and maintains 75%+ attendance.

Fee Payment & Hostel Policies

• Academic Fees: Payable in three installments (50%, 25%, 25%)

• Hostel & Transport Fees: Payable in two installments

• Late Fee: Penalty imposed for delayed payments

• No Refund: If a student leaves mid-session, fees are non-refundable

• Nursing Students: Hostel is mandatory as per INC guidelines

• Transport for Clinical Practice: Provided only to hostel residents

• Transport Fees May Vary: Based on fuel rates, taxes, and distance

• Hostel Lock-In: Once admitted, students cannot leave hostel mid-course; full hostel fee for the course is mandatory
