Established on 7th May 2013, the Kaushalya Devi Foundation for Professional Studies and Research is more than just an educational initiative—it is a heartfelt mission born out of the vision of the late Shree Narayan Laal Haneri and his sons, Mr. Jitender Haneri and Mr. Dharmender Haneri. Their dream was simple yet profound: to uplift the people of the Kumaon region through education, empowerment, and compassion.

In the face of persistent migration from the hills—driven by a lack of access to quality education and opportunities—the Foundation emerged as a beacon of hope, determined to reverse this trend. It strives not only to educate but to empower rural communities, provide equal opportunities, and pave the way for a self-reliant and thriving Uttarakhand.
